  • What is your return policy?
    Return any item (unused, unworn, with tags) up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund or return after 30 days up to 60 days of purchase for store credit. See Return Policy in the footer section for more details.​
  • How do I know what sizes you have available in a certain product?
    You can call into and/or come by one of our three stores in order to check sizes and availability.​
  • Order processing and online help
    Order processing and online help is available Monday through Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm CST.
  • What if I don't see the correct size of a product in one of your stores?
    Talk to one of our Racquet and Jog employees and they can check if the proper size is available to order with one of our vendors or from our other stores.
  • Why do you charge me tax for out-of-state purchases?
    Origin-sourced sales are taxed where the seller is located, while destination-sourced sales are taxed at the location where the buyer takes possession of the item sold. Texas is an origin-based state. Since we are located in an origin-based state and make sales to customers within that state, we charge sales tax based on our location, including any local and state taxes regardless of where customers are located.   • How do I get fitted in a pair of shoes?
    Stop by any of our three locations, Longview, Texarkana or Rockwall, and get a complimentary shoe fitting for any of our shoes at any time.
